Manuel Fallon Fox was 26 years old when he decided that he wanted to become a professional boxer. Jeet Kune Do was enrolling him when a girl approached them about a sparring class. Manuel decided to go meet her at a local boxing gym. Manuel and the young girl were instructed by an overzealous boxing coach to spar. Manuel was also hit hard by the coach.
Manuel has fought just three professional fights. His first two bouts were amateur. The rest of his career has been full of injuries. His back injuries, shifting priorities within the bureaucracy and the pandemic have all caused him to miss a number of fights. However, he has not fulfilled his promise to be back in the ring.

She continued her education at a technical college until she was accepted at the University of Toledo.
